Fowl Dinner
The Underground Food Collective will be hosting a dinner focused on fowl (ducks, geese, squab, chicken, turkey and pheasant) raised on local pasture along with the under-appreciated bounty of the winter. The meal will include 7 courses served family-style and will include a pre-dinner cocktail at a cost of 50 dollars. There will be one seating at 6:30pm on Sunday Februrary 13th.
