43 North Latitude Dinner

A new addition to Madison's fine-dining scene is 43 North. Named for the restaurant's latitude on the map, the same latitude as owner's Shinji Muramoto's home town in Japan, the menu has been turning heads. With a recent change of the guard to their new head chef (most recently from Restaurant Magnus), we have a lot to look forward to. The restaurant will be hosting a "Latitude Dinner" featuring cuisine from regions across the world that fall on the 43rd parallel such as Japan, Italy, France and Spain.
